Rules and Regulations
- All perspective new residents of Elmore Mobile Home Park must
have permission by the park owners before moving a mobile home
into the park or moving into a mobile home located in the park.
- No rental mobile homes are permitted in the park. All tenants
must own the mobile home they occupy.
- No additional persons may occupy the mobile home without the
written consent of the park owners.
- Since the mobile home park has no facilities for children, no
families are permitted with children.
- No out buildings are permitted. A neat storage cabinet is allowed
on the patio under the awning. A neat storage building no larger
than 4 feet wide and the depth of the awning may be erected provided
it could be easily dismantled.
- Only two cars per unit are permitted. (No motorcycles are permitted).
All cars must be kept in the parking areas and not in the streets.
Visitors may park in the street temporarily. All boats or travel
units must be stored in the back of the mobile home park or in
the gated area. Storage fees will apply.
- No large dogs are permitted, and small ones must be kept on
a leash when taken outside and cannot be left tied out. All pets
must be spayed or neutered.
- No cloth lines or racks are permitted on the lots or patios.
You may use the cloth lines that are provided for in the park.
- All yards are to be kept neat and clean.
- All radios and TVs are to be kept low enough so as not to disturb
your neighbors. Also, no late parties or disorderly conduct is
permitted.
- The speed limit is 10 MPH and roads are to be shared with pedestrians.
- The Rent is payable in advance. Your rent incurs a $25.00 late
fee four days after it is due. No grace periods permitted.
- All tenants must complete a credit application and provide a
valid driver’s license. Two credit references must also
be provided along with your previous landlord’s information.
- All tenants in the travel trailer lots are on a 30 (thirty)
day trial period. After the trial period a rental agreement may
be entered if the owner wishes to do so.
- Your power is limited to $50 a month. Anything in addition to
that you are responsible for.
- Rent is payable in cash, NC check, or credit card.
- At anytime, the owner may end your residence at Elmore Mobile
Home Park.
